Job Requirement:
  • At least 5+ years of experience working in relevant industries
  • Bachelor degree in business or engineering
  • Business proficient fluency in both written and verbal English
  • Previous experience in direct people management possessing essential leadership traits.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of constituencies in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze data, using the data to drive decision making and problem solving.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Account management and ensuring delivery of contracted services to the client from Launch Meeting to Final Report regarding administrative, logistical, and operational requirements
  • Maintaining rapid acknowledgement and response with client communication
  • Seeking opportunities to seed, develop, and close Inside Sales opportunities for cross-selling company services
  • Weekly presentations to the CEO and Deputy CEO on the status, progress, and analysis of cases under management
  • Develop metrics and analysis for improving operational efficiency, and inside sales performance for existing clients
  • Develop processes and SOPs regarding coordination and operational management of the projects, in coordination with Sales and Finance team
  • Support marketing webinars and other information sessions to partners and the market
  • Partnering with Sales team in order to understand customer needs and come up with operational solutions
  • Report out weekly on site(s) performance & monthly strategy plans for growth
  • Identify and develop operational improvements related to processes, resources, and workflow
  • Regularly monitor expenses, diminishing spend where possible if necessary to stay on budget.
  • Collect data and analyze trends and behaviors that will allow the organization to improve handling flow and customer experience
