At least 5+ years proven sales/channel sales record in software solutions market.

Have extensive professional contacts with consulting firms, solution providers or Government agencies. • Ability to excite identified partners and align their business with the company’s • Proven channel business planning & management.

Outstanding ability to understand business problems, create value propositions and articulate a corresponding solution.

Has experience managing various levels of partners and external clients

Strong EQ, collaborative and networking skills

Self-motivated, resilient, ability to problem solve and work with ambiguity

Strong reputation & trusted by clients and partners in the industry
Job Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for day-to-day sales activities include telemarketing, sales calls, customer visits, virtual presentations etc.

Be familiar and effective in the sales process: create rapport, ask open questions, follow-up, anticipate and manage expectations, advise conflicts, overcome objections, closing and obtain post-feedback

Acquire new sales leads/ prospects and establish new accounts to grow account/ client base
-
Foster and develop relationship with existing clients and customers to maintain loyalty. Manage leads and enquiries and provide suitable solutions promptly
-
Achieve various monthly sales targets set to meet overall budget
-
Review account portfolio regularly and present to management to provide analysis on performance of each account and forward action plans
-
Be familiar and diligent with various company systems and sales tools
-
Compliance with statutory regulations and internal guidelines/ SOPs
-
Follow up with clients whose payments are outstanding and long overdue
